Preliminary B S

With the stress of finals in full force a trek to the local consulate to submit my visa app was in order. On my journey I found two Korean BBQ trucks within a block from each other. However, none were the original Kogi truck and I am in need of funds, so I passed.

The visa will be ready on Thursday. I leave my SoCal residence to go back to NY on the 22 and then depart the States on the 3rd of January.

I am looking forward to my 14 hour flight and Japan Airlines airplane food.

I am not exactly sure what to expect in Japan. Throughout my previous adventures I always had a good feeling of what I was approaching. I see Japan as a land of flying spikey hair dudes shooting fireballs out of their hands, A land of freaks with used underwear vending machines, or a Murakami novel.

All I do know is that it will be an intriguing adventure.
